    Worst experience I have ever encountered. My poor little dog got bit by a very agressive dog in our apartment building, so I called the town police seeking help. They sent animal control over and the officer (Mark) explained to me that it was my fault and gave me a ticket. Disgusting... Will never call these discourteous people in my life, unless they hire some new officers that actually care about the victims.
